After two years, she quickly advanced and went out on her own working in residential sales, appraisals, and restoring and developing properties. She then joined The Columbia Group, a boutique commercial real estate firm in Cambridge, where she worked with companies to facilitate their office space needs. Her time there would further develop her interpersonal skills, and expand her knowledge of market research and property value.
In 2010, Heather joined the The Capodilupo Team, returning her to her first love, residential sales.
Her exposure to such a wide gamut of the industry has given her a solid grasp of the Boston market and surrounding areas. She has a unique understanding of the value of a home, allowing her to consistently place competitive bids and negotiate even the most stressful deals to a successful close.

From there, He expanded his horizons and took a position at the Disney Channel in Hollywood, California as a Commercial Sales Representative. After being away from his family for sometime, He decided to return back home to Massachusetts.

His appraisal work brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to RE/MAX Achievers. Eric's ability to analyze and price a home's value coupled with his knowledge of the local markets and their individual neighborhoods will provide valuable information that will help both buyers and sellers make informed and educated decisions. Eric's main areas of focus are his hometown of West Roxbury where he has lived for 12 years, Chestnut Hill (Newton and Brookline), Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, and Dedham.
Before becoming an appraiser, Eric received his MBA in finance and marketing from Babson College. In 2005, Eric and his wife founded a children's store in Arlington, MA called Wild Child. Prior to selling the store in 2010, it received many accolades and awards including “Best of Boston” in 2008.
